Grounded
Some years ago, I stepped into the silence of St James’s Chapel in Lindsey, Suffolk, deep in the English countryside. There was a smell of rain and earth and damp lime plaster. I stood a moment in that frozen sacred space and knew a peace that was profoundly appealing. It was only later that I realised that was the beginning of what was to become a personal journey ending with my writing the book Grounded.
1. Being Grounded
We all need to feel grounded, to feel earthed. These newsletters are aimed at exploring thoughts around what that means, inspired by the ways in which our ancestors saw the landscapes we now stand upon.
2. Knowing Our Ancestors
We seek the ways of the past to better know ourselves. These newsletters are for those who love natural places, sacred spaces, ancient landscapes.
They will be posted every two weeks.
Join me on this journey…

I am very much looking forward to this.
Ros.
